Capacities from 50 ton to 3500 ton
Features on models up to 500 ton:
- The roof is pressed from fully galvanised .75mm material for maximum life.
- Extra internal roof supports on models 21 to 54 diameter gives strength to support overhead conveyor systems.
- The unique ventilated roof and wall connection provides sufficient air circulation to help prevent condensation. Extra roof vents are available upon request.
- External ladders are supplied as standard with safety cages and platforms available upon request. (Recommended on silos over 6M high)
- The wall sheets are corrugated and curved to maximise material strength using differing thicknesses of material.
- Each wall sheet is modular and consistent in size and easily replaced.
- Sight glasses are available to help gauge how fill your silo is.
- Access doors are full sized and hinged to allow easy entry. Special doors are available on larger silos upon request.
- A special feature is the large inspection deflector within the door allowing auger extraction in emergencies.
- Silos up to 12 rings high require no external or internal stiffing allowing easy cleaning and less chance of contamination and a saving of labour costs of up to 30% on installation.
